obtained his Masters in Business Administration in1997.

From 1988 to 1989 he was president of the Outaouais Construction Assocation ,
as well as director of the Association des Entrepreneurs en Construction du
Quebec in 1993.

He obtained his "Project Manager - Gold Seal certification" from the Canadian
Construction Association in the year 2000.

He received a special mention from the Regional of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du
Québec in 1991.

He was named "Personality of the Year 1999" by the Chambre de Commerce et de
l'Industrie de l'Outaouais.

He was president of the Outaouais United Way Campagne in the year 2002.

In 2007, Raymond Brunet is president of the Canadian Construction Association (CCA). He was a member of the CCDC (Canadian Construction Document Committee) from 1998 to 2001.

James G. Wilson, P.Eng., MBA Vice President

He joined the company in November 1988. After receiving his B.A.Sc. in Civil
Engineering at the University of Ottawa in 1981, he worked as a project manager
for VK Mason Construction from 1981 to 1988.

He is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario and the "Ordre des
ingénieurs du Québec".

He completed the Executive MBA program from the University of Ottawa in May of
1999.

He obtained his "Project Manager - Gold Seal certification" from the Canadian Construction Association in 1997.
He was president of the Ottawa General Contractors Association (OGCA) in 2001.

Philippe
Houle, c.g.a., controller
Has been with us since 1988. He knows Quebec and Ontario accounting regulations.
Philippe graduated from accounting at the University of Quebec in Hull and was
later certified by The Order of General License Accountants of Quebec in August
1985. He has eight years experience of specialization in verifying accounting
records of businesses. Mr. Houle, being the office supervisor, is responsible
for all the accounting such as the accounts payable and receivable, project
costs, salaries, and a multitude of activities that are linked to the financial
management of the company.

NICOLE BOUDREAU - Project Manager
She obtained a diploma in computer science in 1991 in Montreal. She has worked
for Ed. Brunet and Associates since November 1991. From 1991 to 1996, she
worked in the accounting and administration department. She obtained
certificates in Plan Reading and Estimation in 1996. In 1996, she was promoted
to Project Coordinator in the estimating department. Her duties include
preparing tender forms, applying for bid bonds and obtaining subcontractor
quotes for the project that we want to procure. She obtained her "Project Manager - Gold Seal certification" from the Canadian Construction Association in 2002.
She was candidate for the title of professional woman of the year in 2003 by the RÉFAP.She was a member of the board of directors of the RÉFAP (women's association) from 2003 to 2006. She was president of the women's association (RÉFAP) in 2004-2005. She is a member of the United Way 2006 campaign committee as president of the construction division.

TINA
GUÉNETTE - Project Coordinator
After obtaining, in 1992, a collegial diploma in administration with a master in finance at the College of Outaouais, Tina worked as an assistant in accounting in a bookstore during 7 years. In 1999, she joined the team of Ed. Brunet & Associates as an administrative assistant in the department of administration and accounting. In April 2005, she was promoted at the estimation department to coordinate projects. Her responsibilities consist of searching for invitations to tender, sending of invitations to be tendered, preparation of tender files and of pre qualifications, coordination of shop drawings, preparation of contracts and in the assistance to project managers in managing different projects. She has completed a certificate in administration in April 2006 at the University of Quebec in Outaouais.

MARC DUMOUCHEL, P.Eng., LEED AP, Project Manager
Marc Dumouchel joined the company Ed. Brunet & Associates in 2002 as a project manager. He is responsible for several major projects in the institutional and commercial sectors. As an engineer with a master in project management, he is recognized by his pears for his professionalism. His projects are always within budget and on-time. His knowledge of the civil engineering and the computerized methods of his management make of Marc a key player in the team of any construction projects. His experience in construction management is an asset to the company. Marc has the advantage of having worked in his career representing the various parties in a project. He worked as a consultant (Boileau Associates), owner (City of Gatineau) and finally as a general contractor (Ed. Brunet & Associates). He knows very well every part of a project and makes sure that the project is carried out in a spirit of mutual co-operation for a guaranteed success. He obtained his certification "Gold Seal - Project Manager" of the Canadian Construction Association in 2002.

Nathalie
Brunet - assistante comptable
She joined the team of Ed. Brunet & Associates in July 2002, in the accounting department.
Holder of a Degree in Business Administration and a diploma in Labour relations, she worked as manager of the call center in the customer service department, both at the Bank of Canada and at Vidéotron.
With approximately fifteen years experience in company accounting, Nathalie is responsible for the accounts payable for the various suppliers, of the preparation of the weekly pay, the production of the monthly reports as well as various banking conciliations.

Véronique Beausoleil, administrative assistant
She joined the team of Ed. Brunet & Associates in March 2005 as an administrative assistant, after several years experience in the retail business.
Her principal responsibilities consist of accommodating the customers and construction professionals, to answer the telephone calls and to assist the accounting department in various tasks.
She is currently continuing her part-time studies in order to obtain her certificate in professional writing.
