Construction of Block 11 at Zibi
The project consists of a 11 storey building and 3 underground level parking in the heart of the Zibi project. A total of 148 residential units, 3 commercial unit on the ground floor and 181 parking spaces. The building is connected to a district thermal energy system which takes energy from the Kruger paper mill.
