New Town Hall – La Pêche, QC
Construction of the new town hall, the structure is made of CLT wood, which gives it a really impressive appearance, the mullions are also made of wood which is very rare. The project is among the first Quebec projects of this type to be certified Passivhauss. This certification combined with the chosen structure makes the construction of the building envelope very special, including the type of foundation and its insulation.
